With 200 years experience, The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents Limited is one of the country’s leading independent estate agents with 51 networked offices. They were recommend to us in 2014, and we’ve worked with them since to continuously improve their web presence.
The Challenge
When we inherited the website, the background sync was built using an outdated PHP framework, and the site was generally running on its last legs. Chancellors challenged us to completely redesigns and rebuild the entire solution, including web design, WordPress website, API integrations, property search and customer portals. All of which was done in an incredibly short timescale, but still came in on time and budget.
The Solution
There are very complex, behind the scenes functions, connecting the website with data from all branches, the head office, and third parties like Zoopla and Rightmove, which we all manage, keep up to date, and support.

We also work closely with their marketing agency to implement any landing pages, change code to improve the SEO, and come up with new ideas like the branch pages and ready made searches.
