How we work

The first step towards a successful website that engage visitor and converts into business, is to understand your customer and what we need them to do. This is just step one, the rest are detailed below.

• Learn and Plan

  We listen to you and try to learn as much as possible taking KPIs (conversions, goal completion rates, average order value) and target audiences into consideration. Then we plan the structure of your website and create a sitemap and key wireframes.

• Web Design and User Experience

  Based on the sitemaps, wireframes and KPIs, our designer then get to work on the look and feel of the client facing side of your website. All designs are submitted for your feedback.

• CMS/Ecommerce Development

  Depending on your requirements, we implement either WordPress or an Ecommerce Solution, or both. We develop all templates with load time, SEO and web standards in mind.

• Launch

  Time to get the optional sparkly out, but this is a rather unceremonious process where we update a few domain records, wait, then do some live testing and submit the new sitemap to various search engines.

• Review and Maintain

  We don’t just forget about you after launch, we keep a close eye out for any indexing error, track how your are doing for organic SEO and more importantly, make sure your website exceed expectations.
