About this project

Electric Studio first re-branded SkillSolve by updating the logo and web design. The base colours and fonts were kept in place for recognition, but the website was heavily re-designed to meet with current web standards and to provide much simpler navigation.

WordPress was implemented as the CMS of choice, as it is currently one of the best solutions for ease-of-use, SEO and flexibility. We used custom fields, some bespoke plugins, and several templates were developed to accommodate all the various views. Overall, WordPress makes the upkeep of the website much easier and more cost-effective.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) was also a major issue and once again WordPress offered us the best possible solution. Using the inbuilt functions, and a bit of Electric Studio magic, we are quite sure that the website will steadily climb in organic search rankings.
